Thanks for your concern. It was a long drawn out period that lasted almost 5 months with Honda Canada. But in the end they came through. Lemons can pop up anywhere, I am impressed that they stepped up to the plate. I guess that makes the difference between those who care and those companies that don't. Loyalty comes at a price.

I just saw your comment on my whiteboard. Honda Canada really came through for me; I just received a new 2010 Civic Sport at no extra charge whatsoever. It's like winning the lotto.

I hope the person who wrecked your first Civic was caught. It's also good to know that your insurance company came through when you needed them. As far as a replacement Civic, the dealership has committed to replacing the 08 Civic with a new 2010. We'll see what happens.
