At least, not after 5-10 years of exposure, according to a survey of 60,000 brain cancer patients between 1974 and 2003. There was no change in cancer incidence when cell phone use increased greatly in the 1990s, though it could just take a while. Good news anyway, I would say.

I'm not a physician but I am an engineer. (Software and network)

I think a lot of the fear is when people use the word "radiation" but the radio spectrum ranges from your average AM radio frequencies to the light spectrum then into the gamma radiation frequencies.

The cell phones the majority of us use are more like walkie-talkies than actually satellite transponders in that we use local cell towers, via frequencies around .85 and 1.9 GHz. Yes this is considered in the "microwave" area but how much power is it putting out? (0.002 mw) Standing near of the cell phone towers, in comparison, could have as much as levels as high as .01 mw. FCC Standards are that 1 mw is acceptable and 100 mw as a clear hazard.

Personally, I'm more nervous standing near a microwave oven while it's on than using any cell phone. (It uses a higher frequency, around 2.5 GHz which is closer to the more harmful rays like in x-rays or a nuclear explosion.

Microwave ovens are supposed to "shield" us from the waves, right? Try this, turn on your cell phone and put it inside your microwave and close the door. (Don't turn on the oven, of course.)

It's supposed to be shielded, right? So you shouldn't get any bars, right? (Mine went from 4 bars to 1)

Now you can be like me and go into the other room when using the microwave oven!!

As a safety inspector, there needs to be more R&D on this to get tangable data as to any relationship to CA or anything else. There are precautionary measures that are always listed by the manufacturers tht should be adhered to.
