I should have been a boy, cause I get a high when I speed that is refreshing. Are there many ladies out there that agree with me?

If you ever thought of driving a race car, get yourself out on a road course. I've been on 6 tracks over the years and it is more than a blast, better with some professional instruction but still fun with volunteer coaching in a street car. Performance driving groups exist all over the country and run regularly. Key is being willing to listen.

Come now. Dont be so sinical. Auto racing is a sport, and I love that sport. Cant stand basketball. Give each team a 100 points and play for 5 minutes. Baseball? Boring.

Need to check your stats there buddy, the amount of fuel used in a full season of NASCAR does not equal the amount of gas this country uses in a day. Add in all forms of racing, all around the world, and it adds up to about 2 days worth of gas usage in this country, but not quite.
Racing has done far more good in advancing technology of engines and tires than you likely ever will. Get over yourself and don't watch sports if you don't like them.

Actually most of your petroleum advances have come from Motorsports. It has benefited the whole Automotive industry. So how is it a fuel waster gws2980?

All sports waste gas. Either it's in a race car, or flying to a game in jets for the players

Totally agree. And the Corvette problems all seemed to be different. They have their work cut out for them and we'll have to see how it goes in the next round. It's still a good looking car, regardless.

WTG AJ at the Datona 24! The Corvette's did disappoint but rather see Ford take the Podium sweep than have another German marque on the Podium.

Surprise ending that's for sure. Odd similarities with Jr going to win in National Guard car but ran out of in turn 4 of last lap and in Indy 500 that rookie in National Guard car is going to win but hits wall in turn 4 of last lap. Both coast across finish line.

What a surprise ending! Harvick leads about 200 yards of a 600 mile race, BUT it was the most important 200 yards of the day.

Classy move by Junior and another one by Jimmie when, upon entering Victory Lane, he saw Dale, stopped and as a "thank you" gave him the checkere flag.
Good stuff.
