During the debate on the Keystone XL pipeline, a number of arrogant igorant GasBuddies were whining and complaining (using false information)that the pipes for KXL were from India and China (even though the pipes were manufactured from steel mills in the USA)and not made in the USA. These false argument were put forward becasue TransCanada is a Canadian pipeline company. This $4.4 billion refinery expansion is a made in USA project. The refinery is in Whiting, Indiana. Engineering, procurement and construction were performed by USA engineering and construction companies. The valves were made in India!! Where are those ignorant arrogant idiots now?
