What do you all think about Mr. Avery referring to our military as "killers" and not liking the flag?

Glad my daughter did not want to attend Suffolk.

I just get so sickened by these leftist academic reprobates who infect academia and the media. Similarly disgusting is Suffolk University response that, although they disagreed with his sentiments, they would not take any action because they respect his "freedom of speech." The protection of freedom of speech that we enjoy is from the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and not from employers or other institutions.

Suffolk could have--and still should--dismiss this mindless jerk. Just think: had he uttered a similarly hateful remark targeting a minority or homosexuals, you can be sure he would be looking for a job some place else right away!

When I personally encounter such hateful (treasonous, even!) twits, I sometimes ask them, "I say, dear chap, shouldn't you be down in Cuba helping the happy workers with the sugar cane harvest?"
